02Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the service:

• —Name and phone number when you request access to the platform.
• —App usage data: inspections, requested services and check-ins.
• —Location and description of the managed property.
• —Payment data, handled by third-party providers. SolGuest does not store card numbers or banking credentials.

03Purpose

We process your data for the following purposes:

• —Management of the property administration service.
• —Communication about the status of your property and any incidents.
• —Invoicing and management of the membership contract.
• —Coordination with the verified professionals who work on your property.

04Legal basis

• —Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: performance of the membership contract to which you are a party.
• —Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: compliance with legal obligations, in particular invoicing and tax obligations.

05Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the membership contract and, once it ends, for a further 5 years to meet applicable tax and commercial obligations. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised.

06Recipients

• —Professionals verified by SolGuest, who receive only the data strictly necessary to carry out the requested service.
• —Technology and payment providers acting as data processors under contract.
• —We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

07Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing.

To do so, write to info@solguesthome.es stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
